All the children with cancer.

These children are so special to their families and those who love them. I will ride as long as I can to raise money for research and cures and give these children a chance to thrive.

My Story

At 85. I am excited to ride to raise money to defeat this terrible disease in our children. I may not be able to ride as far but will do what I can. Any discomforts, particularly from the Florida heat, are minor in comparison to what these little people suffer. With lots of water, I survive.

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and to support the Children's Cancer Research Fund.

I have had an unfortunate injury. After a ride last week, I had a very painful knee. I have serious arthritis in my right knee including bone on bone on the left side of my knee and arthritis under the knee cap and back of the knee. When I can I will ride 1 mile as often as possible. I will support my kids.🥹😃
