friend, Marie, last week found out she has breast cancer

My brother in law PAT E. passed away many years ago from cancer. He was my "hero" ! Still is!!!! Since then , many friends and family members have either died or been affected by cancer or lost someone dear to them from this awful disease. I know others though who have won their battle and have become "thriving survivors " Hope we can kick cancer forever!!

My Story

This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

    Hope cancer research is so successful that it solves the problem of children's (and all ages) . Such a horrible thing, cancer is , steals our precious people.Grateful for the many who get their cure. Cancer doesn't discriminate. Praying 🙏 & riding for more who survive then thrive.

    I just finished 14 weeks since my foot reconstruction surgery. Oh so grateful for lack of pain. I feel so bad for children of all ages suffering through cancer !!! I hope this helps towards cause and cures!! My friend found out she had agressive breast cancer then had masectomy. Going through treatments

    Challenge yourself & each other ! This year I'm recovering from foot surgery.

    I'm trying to get my nerve up to drive to a YMCA and

    Get on a bike 🚴 and ride . My foot needs a bit more healing.

    I wll and it should be this week . Praying for safety for all who ride!! And praying for all the children and families affected by cancer.
