This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fundraise for childhood cancer !

Once cancer touches your life it changes everything. Every facet of your life is put into new perspective. Thomas fought osteosarcoma for nearly five years from the initial doctor appointments to address pain in his leg. He had the resiliency to find good in every day even when it was excruciatingly painful or hard. His calm demeanor, patience, courage, perseverance and strength defined his journey. He did not allow cancer to define him nor will we. We join this cycling challenge as an opportunity to raise awareness and funds to fight childhood cancer.

I am raising funds through this challenge to support Children's Cancer Research Fund to enable them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
