“A Moment of Hope at Philadelphia’s Children’s Hospital
Recently, while visiting a young friend at Philadelphia's Children’s Hospital, I witnessed a scene that truly touched my heart. As I was leaving, I saw four little girls in adorable dresses, skipping and dancing towards an awaiting limousine. Their parents were following close behind, all smiles, as if they were headed to a prom.
But what stood out to me was that these young girls were wearing wigs—symbols of the battles they were bravely facing.
In that moment, I couldn’t help but hope that each of these girls would make it to their real prom someday, healthy and happy.
