I'm Riding For

Dr. Sharon Krumm

I am riding to recognize and honor the work of my sister, Dr Sharon Krumm. She has been on the front lines in the fight to save cancer patients for over 57 years. She spent the last 31 years as Director of Nursing at Johns Hopkins Cancer Center. Sharon is continuing her work at Johns Hopkins serving as an assistant professor in community outreach. Over the years she has received numerous awards and recognition for her outstanding contributions in fighting for cancer patients.

This September, one more time, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work
