Mannon Woodall
I ride for four-year-old Mannon Woodall, a brave little boy from Chattanooga, Tennessee currently battling Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Mannon and his family have been through many challenging highs and lows during this battle. Mannon's treatment has been promising at times, however he has suffered four relapses. Mannon's 3-year-old brother Bear provided bone marrow to Mannon for his latest unsuccessful effort to defeat cancer. Mannon's family frequently traveled to Nashville for his treatments however are now required to travel to Philadelphia to engage in the CAR-T program. I ride to honor Mannon and his family for their struggle. I pray the efforts of this organization and the funds raised will help Mannon, his family and the thousands of other children and families engaged in battle with this unforgiving disease.
My Story
This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Honoring Mannon Woodall, a four-year-old little boy currently battling Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So, I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
