Six years now. Wow. This hasn't been for me...it's all for the kids. It's always has been for the kids.

it's been rough these past 2 years trying to make the miles...it will be tough again this year.

As long as I can keep riding for the kids, I plan on doing it.

    I'm so close to achieving both of my goals for the kids.

    I enjoy the rides, mostly. LOL!!

    Watching everything change during the month...receiving waves and nods from homes and vehicles as I ride by.

    Monday night at midnight is the official finish to the bike challenge. I have under

    $100.00 and under 70 miles to ride. I know bad weather and wind planned for the weekend so I may need to finish on a stationary bike (or "Indoor ride)...but I plan to finish strong.

    It's not too late to donate and put me over the top...and the kids will appreciate it, too!!

  • The Time Is Here...

    Another week and September will be here and my bike challenge will begin...again.

    Working from 5:00 AM until 3:30 PM daily and going to bed around 7:30 - 8:00 PM makes it hard to get the miles in, but I reduced the overall miles this year so I wouldn't get de-motivated.

    I sure would appreciate your support. My goal is only $1500.00 this year.
