    Hey,

thank you so much for reading my blog. I am three days out from my last ride and I got to tell you, I’m pretty sore, 75 miles, kicked my butt.

This is definitely a kickstart back into my workouts. I have been recovering from a hamstring injury, from 3 years ago, which morphed into re-pulling it three times and then pulling my other legs hamstring muscle.

I have been nursing two hamstring injuries for the past 3 1/2 years, moving forward, through several injuries, I’m blessed to be able to have the ability and athleticism to be able to just hop on a bike and ride the distance that I rode, twice now, and feeling good - although very sore.

I appreciate you, by joining me for this journey across America, as I embark on, my Fitness challenge , “Get fit across America, and helping kids fight cancer.

Plus, definitely check out the Clapper App where a buddy of mine, John a.k.a. Jdubsarts, who shared this ride with me, encouraging me to sign up this yea. So I did, and now I’m looking forward to completing my next 55 miles, I need to complete my 200 miles.

if you’re feeling generous and in a position to donateif more, only if you’re in a position to do so, I need to raise 300 more dollars to achieve my $500 goal, and again thanks for your generous contribution.

thank you from the bottom of my heart.

    warm regards

    Ironman Mike
