The kids and I did a quick and easy 7 mile ride today. East River road to west River road loop, with a stop for a sweet treat at Loons Coffee at the end. My goal was to be at 20 miles by the 7th, and we're at 16, so a little short, but I'm sure we'll catch up later in September once the weather cools down a bit. Our silly sight of the day was an actual banana peel on the trail, which made it feel like Mario cart, since speedy Hazel was leading us at a quick pace.
