Today I had another indoor ride. I added another 13 miles. Not long after I finished my ride, we were notified that Thomas’ battle was over and he is now healed and with Jesus. He has valiantly fought this terrible disease for over two years. Please keep his family and friends in your prayers. 🙏

I couldn’t let the first day of the GCC go by without logging some miles. It was too hot outside so I had an indoor ride on the trainer. I haven’t ridden since last year, and I wasn’t sure how much I could do. I was happily surprised to get 12 miles! 🙌
Life is a bit different this year. I am caring for my Mama as she recovers from a heart attack. Since my time is limited, I have reduced my mileage goal.
