It’s like sleeping in your own bed after a time away from home; comfortable and familiar. It was nice to ride my bike today and log in a few more miles. Who knows when the weather might change this time of the year.
Finishing up on Martha’s Vineyard today with a loop ride out to Katamaya Beach. Last time to ride with our group. Bittersweet.
Hopped on the bikes at 9 and rode out to the west end of the island, about 23 miles where we had lunch and took a break before we rode another 12 miles, took another short break and ended the day with 7.7miles. A total of about 43 miles. I reached my 💯 mile goal today but plan to keep going. The weather has been amazing so taking advantage of it!
Charlie is riding for The American Heart Association this month while I’m riding for the Children’s Cancer Research Fund.
The Wahoo doesn’t lie. Tracked my miles from today’s ride, Nantucket Loop. Fantastic weather and great riding today with my best riding buddy, Charlie.
Beautiful day and a fun ride. Add ten to the tally.
Thanks to my generous family and friends, I reached my goal of raising $500 to support Children’s Cancer Research. But I’m not done yet. Now I’ve got to ride those miles and try to raise more for these kids.
Sunflowers make me smile!🌻 😎I was able to spend the morning with them the other day. Thank you, Lord, for your wonderful creations!
Another day of perfect riding weather here in South Central PA. Rode the rail trail at Shippensburg University. Feeling dusty🤓
Today I am thankful to have the opportunity and the physical ability to ride a bicycle for the purpose of raising funds for Kids Cancer Research so that one day they can get out there to ride their bikes. These kids are braver than most people; for the challenges they face each day are scary. I will be thinking about them a lot as I push through the miles.
