The East Bay bridges have finally reopened - no more detours!
Meet in the parking lot near the southern end of the trail near Independence Park in Bristol starting around 9:30 AM, in the pedals around 9:45 AM. We’ll head north about 12 miles or so to East Providence, then pause for a brief rest before returning to Bristol. The path is largely flat with many scenic views of Narragansett Bay, there are two road crossings that will require using the pedestrian walk light to stop vehicle traffic. Easy pace around 12-14 MPH, no drop.

That parking area tends to fill up quickly so you might want to arrive a little earlier in case you end up having to hunt for a parking space…
