My Story

This September, I am excited to be taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge as second time to help fight kids' cancer! Together, we raised $1,388 dollars last year. I'd love to beat that number this year with your help!

In 2016, my son began having some health issues. To make a very long story short, we discovered that he has a brain tumor. Through the incredible care of his doctors and nurses, he is alive. His tumor cannot be removed, but it has been dormant now for over 7 years. Through it all, he continues to be so strong. Liam is kind, caring, and smart. I couldn't be prouder of him - and his sister for all of her love and support that she gives him. Cancer is a battle I wish no one had to face, but I'm grateful for the doctors, nurses, family, and friends that have helped and continue to help him. Through this incredible journey I've learned how underfunded pediatric cancer is. Let's do something about it! Please consider donating to this important cause.
