My Story
This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

22 Sep 2024Sorry. I haven’t kept up with my blogging very well. I rode 14.3 miles today, towards Lake Ontario along some apple orchards. It was in the low 80’s with a little breeze. Perfect day to ride. I only have 6 more miles to reach my 100 mile goal. It’s been tough this year because I need a knee replacement, but riding my bike is way less painful than walking, thank God! Thanks for all your support for this great cause. I will get my final 6 miles in but the weather outlook is rainy for the next 3-4 days. I’ll blog when I finish. Thanks again! ❤️❤️

My knee is giving me troubles but I’ll be getting another cortisone shot tomorrow. Praying that helps!
