2024 -Got some rides in so far in Washington DC - Charleston SC - Anniston, AL - Cincinnati, OH - going for 250 miles this year around our vacation.

    54.4 miles today and it was a great ride - I kept a good pace and only stopped in Corwin just for a quick blast of protein and to refill my water bottles.

    To get off the road I looked to enter a park for a multi use trail - saw the transition to gravel and I went to turn around and slid out on the marbles…. No bueno… but it happens and I couldn’t unclip fast enough.

    Still rode for an hour after that but definitely sore.
