Writing

This September, I am taking on the challenge of riding 200 miles to support children battling cancer and their families. I am proud to have raised $500 for this important cause.

I am originally from Colombia, and this journey is very meaningful to me. Last year, I was unable to participate because I injured my left arm, so being able to take on this challenge this year makes it even more special.

This cause is also deeply personal because my dad had cancer. I understand how difficult that journey can be for a family, and it has given me an even greater appreciation for the courage and strength of children fighting cancer.

Every mile I ride represents hope, love, and support. I ride for every brave child, for their families, and for a future where every child has the chance to grow up healthy and happy.

200 miles. $500 raised. One purpose: hope for every child fighting cancer. ❤️🎗️🚴‍♂️

    4 Sep 2026

    Good morning everyone!

Today, I’m standing here on the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail, ready to begin a very special challenge.

Today is not just about riding a bike. Every mile I ride has a purpose: to bring hope and support to children who are fighting cancer.

Let’s ride for the kids. Let’s ride for hope. And let’s make every mile count.

Thank you for being here and supporting me. ❤️

    A Great Start!!!

This September I’m taking on the Great Cycling Challenge, and I’ll be riding 200 miles or more! starting at the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail, to help raise awareness and support for kids fighting cancer. This is personal to me because my dad battled cancer too. Every mile is for hope, strength, and support. Thank you for being part of this journey.”
