I'm Riding For
Tom Jones
Tom had an incredible gift for lighting up every room he walked into. His warmth, kindness, and genuine heart made everyone around him feel seen, valued, and deeply loved. He had a way of making people smile, no matter what they were going through. Losing Tom to cancer left a hole in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His love, laughter, and the way he cared for others continue to live on in the countless lives he touched. As I ride these 300 miles, I do so in his honor, remembering the remarkable man he was and helping raise awareness so that one day fewer families have to endure the heartbreak that cancer brings.
My Story
This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
