DJ
DJ is the brother of one of Julianne’s Timber Creek volleyball players. DJ will be remembered for his kindness, compassion, and positive impact he had on everyone fortunate enough to have known him. DJ's smile would get you to do anything he asked, he had a rare gift of making long lasting friendships from an early age. DJ's passion was soccer but loved all sports. He was a great fan of all New England sports teams. DJ passed away on June 24, 2025, 6 days after celebrating his 20th birthday following his courageous battle with leukemia. This team was created in memory of DJ and in support of all children and young adults fighting against cancer🎗️
My Story
This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
