This September, I am riding in the Great Cycle Challenge in honor of my nephew, Matheus, who passed away on June 9th at just 18 years old after battling leukemia.

Matheus lived his life with so much passion—whether he was playing soccer, celebrating his Peruvian roots, or sharing his incredible faith and warm smile. He brought so much light into the world, and I am riding to keep that light shining.

Cancer remains the leading cause of death by disease among children in the U.S., claiming 38 young lives every single week. No child or family should have to endure this fight.

I am biking to raise vital funds for the Children's Cancer Research Fund to help discover cures and better treatments.
