My Story

This June, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer and all cancer!!

Why? Because my family has seen its share of cancer and how it has affects us. 49 years ago I lost my mother to cancer and it has been 4 years since I have lost my brother who battled with cancer for 14 years. there is not a day that goes by that I don't miss them. I lost my Uncle to Cancer, My friend lost her mother to cancer at a young age. 15,700 children are diagnosed every year with cancer, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
