My Story
This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

25 Sep 2026We hit the goal. We hit BOTH goals. That's amazing. Since the month isn't over we can continue to go up. Sitting nicely at $700 from the original $500 let's see if we can go just a bit further. $750 sounds good right?
I set the bar higher for myself too. I am now aiming for 500 miles before the end. Already almost half way there. You guys, I didn't expect this. Whatever we end up with at the finish will be the Starting goals for next year.
It feels good to put my physical and mental Will Power to the test. It feels even better knowing it's for a great cause.
