This year I will once again be riding in honor of Evan Cartozzo but sadly it will be in his Memory. Evan was diagnosed in April of 2023 with embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma. This cancer is usually found in tissues and muscle but Evan’s was is in his bone. He bravely fought his battle with cancer over the past year but it had spread throughout his entire body and we lost him on 4/19/24. He will be remembered for his huge smile and his love for Dean Martin, Pizza, Family, Friends, and USA Flags! 🍕🇺🇸🩵 #evanstrong

My Story

I will be taking part in the 2024 Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer and this will be my 10th consecutive year riding for this important cause!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

    This year I will once again be riding for Evan Cartozzo but sadly it will be in his Memory.     Well I did it! Just signed up for my 10th consecutive year riding in the Great Cycle Challenge to raise money to help fight Children’s Cancer. I will once again be riding in Honor of Evan Cartozzo who is still fighting his battle. Please keep this brave young man and his family in your thought and prayers.
