What a great effort from this new team! I know that some have had trouble getting the app to track also and we have blown away our goals. 2025 is going to be huge for this team. Let's make a final push in these last 10 days or so and see what we can stretch to.

We blew it away team!

Thank you for joining Team America
31 Jul 2024I appreciate you all joining the team Bike America effort this year. Some may know that I am facing my own personal cancer battle at the moment. So this year means a lot to me from the perspective that I want to be able to be on my bike as much as possible but also that I know that we're not only helping these little kids who shouldn't have to face this ugly disease at any age let alone in their childhood but I am also hoping to win my personal battle.
I'll be going through radiation treatment starting in August but likely into September as well so I'm still unsure what that means to me in terms of my ability to ride every day but I am strengthened by the teammates that have joined me.
Keep promoting yourself and the team and encourage others to join us in this important annual quest! Thanks again for joining team Bike America! Good luck!

This September, Bike America is taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So we are raising funds through our challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
Please support us by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.
Your support will change little lives.
