We Are Riding For
Sam
Zack and I ride for Sam, who was diagnosed with a high risk and rare mutation causing B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia June 2022 and received a haplo stem cell transplant March 2023 and is now a junior in college and thriving thanks to scientific and medical research. His transplant doctor was one of the clinician/scientists that discovered how to make haplo donation (or “half match” meaning parents can donate to their child and siblings, who can be 100% match, 50% match or 0% match depending on their inheritance, can match at 50% (or 100%) as well.

This September, Team Sam is taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids’/teens’ cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids and teens and young adults should be living life, not fighting for it.
So we are raising funds through our challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
Please support us by making a donation to give these kids/teens/young adults the brighter futures they deserve.
